Marty Glick today joined Skaggs Faucette as our newest partner. Marty previously practiced law at Howard Rice and its successor firm Arnold & Porter for more than 40 years. Jason and Jeff both worked with Marty for many years when they were together at Howard Rice. Marty has represented clients in scores of intellectual property matters, and most recently he has been involved in post trial and appellate representation of the Marvin Gaye Estate in its successful litigation against Pharrell Williams and Robin Thicke in copyright litigation related to the Gaye song “Got to Give It Up” and the Williams composition of “Blurred Lines."
